Therapy methods
I work with the integrative model...
This approach focuses on selecting the most effective treatment for a specific person with a specific problem under a specific set of circumstances. This makes the sessions completely personalised and tailored to each patient, taking into account their needs and lived experiences.
Furthermore, it is a framework that integrates the various aspects that make up a person; working on thoughts, emotions, behaviour, body and context. In this way we achieve that our totality is in harmony and coherence.
Neuropsychology
Neuropsychology is a discipline that studies the bases that relate human behaviour to the mechanisms of brain functioning.
This service offers identification, assessment and rehabilitation of deficits associated with altered brain functioning.
General Health Psychology
General Health Psychology focuses on psychological research, assessment and intervention following a bio-psycho-social model, based on evidence and the integral treatment of the person. The aim is to promote and improve people’s state of health.

Frequently asked questions
Each process is unique and there are many factors that will determine the length of psychological treatment:
- The complexity and intensity of the problem
- The motivation and involvement of the patient
- The frequency of the sessions and the compliance with the guidelines given by the professional
- The therapeutic alliance that is established
In any case, the treatment that is most effective and quickest will always be chosen.
In general, at the beginning of the treatment, sessions are held weekly, as this is the first exploratory phase. Later, sessions may be held fortnightly or monthly, depending on the patient’s progress.
However, the frequency of the sessions will be agreed with the psychologist, taking into account your needs and preferences.
The therapy sessions are a safe space for you, where we will work on whatever you feel you need.
The initial sessions consist of gathering information from the patient about various areas, e.g. family, work situation, food, sleep, social support, etc. This first phase helps the professional to understand the problem in depth.
In the following sessions, the person’s feelings, experiences, thoughts and concerns are explored to ensure an emotional approach and an intervention plan is drawn up involving psychological techniques.
The fees are as follows:
- Individual psychology sessions: 50€.
- Pack of 4 individual psychology sessions: 185€.
- Neuropsychology sessions: 50€ – 70€ (depending on service)
The therapy sessions last 60 minutes and the format is online.
The cancellation or postponement of an already booked appointment must be made at least 24 hours before the session.
Failure to do so will result in the payment of 50% of the session fee.
