Generally, at the beginning of the treatment, sessions are carried out on a weekly basis, since this is the initial exploratory phase. As the process progresses, the frequency of sessions may be adjusted to biweekly or monthly intervals, depending on the patient’s evolution.

However, the frequency of the sessions will be agreed upon considering your personal needs and preferences.

The therapy sessions are a safe and trusting space, where we will address everything you consider necessary for your wellbeing.

During the first sessions, information is gathered from the patient about various areas, such as family, work situation, nutrition, sleep, social support, among others. This initial phase allows me to gain a thorough understanding of the problem being treated.

In subsequent sessions, we will explore the patient’s feelings, experiences, thoughts and concerns in order to ensure an appropriate emotional approach. In addition, an intervention plan is developed that includes specific psychological techniques, tailored to the needs of the individual.
