Location
Situated in Delfshaven, central Rotterdam, directly across the road from the historical remains of old Delfshaven.
Transportation:
Very accessible by public transport from both Rotterdam Centraal and Schiedam stations, with metro and tram stops (Delfshaven) just around the corner.
Paid parking is available nearby (zones 510 and 511).

2 Kitchens: Shared kitchen on the first floor and underground, with microwave, fridge and basic kitchen facilities
2 Toilets: Shared toilets on ground floor and second floor
- 1 group room (suitable for up to 20 people) and 1 small meeting room (suitable for 3–4 people) (fair-use principle, self-service, occasional workshops/meetings)

Right now the room is available on the following day parts:
- Monday: 8:00 – 12:00, 18:00 – 23:00 (2-day-parts)
- Tuesday: 19:00 – 23:00 (1 day-part)
- Friday: 19:00 – 23:00 (1 day-part)
- Saturday: 8:00 – 23:00 (3-day-parts)
From 2026 there will be more availabilities.

We work with fixed weekly slots (half-day, full day, or multi-day packages).

Each day divided into 3 day parts:
- Morning: 08:00 – 13:00
- Afternoon: 13:00 – 18:00
- Evening: 18:00 – 23:00（Evening slots are only available as an add-on to daytime packages — ideal for clients who prefer after-work sessions or for occasional workshops)

The price is based on a 12-month fixed-term contract. A 6-month contract is possible at a 20% higher rate.
All prices include VAT and service cost (gas, electricity, water, tea, cleaning).
